MACKAGE Spring/Summer 2011 Collection
MACKAGE held their presentation at The Box at Damrosch Park, Licoln Center. Their presentation had cool jackets and blazers paired with svelt, body hugging silhouettes or fun flirty floral pattern blouses and skirts. One piece that really caught my eye was the black draped shoulder dress (pictured in the last picture)!!9.16.2010
MY FAVORITE BAND
If you don't already know, THE STROKES are my favorite band, and this year Tommy Hilfiger had them perform at his 25th anniversary party at the Met Opera. I was there singing my favorite lyrics, and it took me back to the long nights while in Fashion School when all day and night I listened to THE STROKES. It was pretty much amazing!C.LOVE

One of the many highlights of this year's Fashion Week, was checking out the one and only COURTNEY LOVE at Don Hill's! She was true to form, disheveled, slurred speech and started her set almost and hour late... but what else would you expect from C.LOVE? It was just the way I have always pictured it would be. #epicFashion Week Round Up
New York Fashion Week is a magical time of year. All your favorite fashionistas, friends, and fans are all out to support new and/or veteran talents in the world FASHION. My LA peeps were in town, and we checked out LnA's Spring 2011 Fashion Presentation at MILK STUDIOS. LnA brought the California Cool, mixing pop's of colors and grey hues to their Rocker Chic Spring Collection. I love LnA for the always wearable, effortlessly cool knits!

Kim Kardashian and Music For Animals (MFA)?
What is the link between the beautiful Kim K and the SF rock/dance band Music For Animals?
Well, looks like Kim's liking the MFA Jacket (named after the band), as she was spotted out in LA wearing Multi-Print version of the jacket she had worn last month. This is also part my SPRING 2011 Collection, which will be available soon for pre-order on www.noeljean.com!
Also, for those of you who aren't familiar with the band Music For Animals (MFA), check them out www.music4animals.com They are cool guys, who make cool tunes :)

Behind the Seams: A Fashion Discussion Panel
This week my most amazingly talented dearest friend, Monica Rose spoke with students of The Art Institute of California- Hollywood. There the students were able to get insider information, and ask questions on how to get in the "biz"?
I could not have been more proud of Monica! Students loved her and were eager to ask her questions on how she got started, and what she looks for in an assistant? LOL.
Monica continues to inspire a new breed of hungry fashionistas! Love you MONI!!!
